📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and protein-based treats to customers.
• Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure proper stock levels.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including scheduling and timekeeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
