📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with reservations and table arrangements
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Promote special events and menu items to enhance guest experience
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of cleanliness and professionalism
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Hostess or similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
