📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate and detailed BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure models meet project requirements and standards.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Generate 2D drawings and schedules from BIM models to support construction and documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to improve project outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support to junior team members and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and cost estimation is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
