📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures
• Prepare and present reports to the board of directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders
• Manage the company's investor relations activities, including preparing and distributing financial reports, hosting investor meetings, and maintaining relationships with institutional investors
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulations
• Work closely with the executive team to align corporate governance practices with the company's strategic objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate governance and investor relations
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with investor relations software such as Bloomberg Terminal or FactSet
