📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide daily care and support to residents with dementia, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Monitor and record residents' health status, including vital signs and any changes in behavior or cognition.
• Work closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Use specialized tools and software, such as CarePlanner and Dementia Care Toolkit, to track and manage care activities.
• Collaborate with family members and caregivers to ensure consistent and compassionate care.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in dementia care.
• Promote a safe and respectful environment for residents, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dementia care or geriatric nursing.
• Certification in Dementia Care (e.g., Certified Dementia Practitioner or Certified Alzheimer's Caregiver).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient attitude, with a genuine desire to help seniors.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Willingness to travel to different care facilities in Bangka Belitung as needed.
