📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support to ensure seamless operations in retail and telecommunication services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Assist customers with product setup, installation, and usage.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance to ensure equipment and systems are in optimal condition.
• Document all service calls and maintenance activities for future reference.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field support or a related role.
• Proficient in using technical tools and software such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with retail and telecommunication systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
