📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the logistics of carton box deliveries, ensuring on-time and efficient delivery.
• Use SAP and our in-house delivery management system to schedule, dispatch, and track shipments.
• Resolve any delivery issues or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery times, customer feedback, and any issues encountered.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that our delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating deliveries, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
