📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Inspect and maintain building systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular facility audits and report findings to management.
• Provide technical support to facility staff and users.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management or related field.
• Proven experience in maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, RMP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software (e.g., FM:pro, ServiceMax).
