📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Record and process all Accounts Receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Generate and send invoices to customers using SAP and other accounting software.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze and report on AR trends and performance metrics.
• Assist in the reconciliation of AR data with bank statements.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using SAP and other accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
