📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Create and implement menus that meet customer preferences and industry standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement food and beverage strategies.
- Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Represent the kitchen at meetings and events as required.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to create and implement innovative menus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant kitchen management software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
