📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Blender to produce high-quality visual content.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest trends in digital design and animation.
• Present design concepts to the team and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize projects.
• Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ensure all visual content is optimized for various devices and platforms to maintain quality and performance.
• Contribute to the overall creative direction of the company and support other teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Blender.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for web design is a plus.
