As an Import Operations Assistant at PERSOL, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end import process, from customs clearance to warehouse distribution. You'll work with a variety of stakeholders, including suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams, to ensure that goods are delivered on time and within budget. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll use tools like SAP and Excel to track and analyze import metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end import process, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and warehouse distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Use SAP and Excel to track and analyze import metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import activities, including invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of import strategies to support business growth and expansion.
• Provide support to the import team leader in the planning and execution of import projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in import logistics.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import logistics, with a focus on customs clearance and freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for communication with international partners.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
