The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in supervising warehouse staff. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, which is the backbone of our supply chain.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Resolve any operational issues or conflicts within the warehouse.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
