As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is an immediate opportunity for a professional who is passionate about training and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet organizational goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
