📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients, including medication management and counseling.,Ensure accurate and efficient dispensing of medications, adhering to prescribed protocols and regulations.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans and outcomes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient medication histories and interactions.,Stay informed about new pharmaceutical products, treatments, and best practices in the field.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.,Conduct quality assurance checks on medication orders and dispensing processes.,Provide training and support to junior pharmacist assistants and pharmacy technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using pharmacy software and computer systems.,Valid pharmacy license and certification (if applicable).,Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus.
