Sourcefit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Order-to-Cash (OTC) Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bali. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work from our office in Bali while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a Senior OTC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our order-to-cash process, from order entry to cash collection.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and optimize the entire order-to-cash process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor junior OTC analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of the order-to-cash process to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.,Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the order-to-cash process.,Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in the order-to-cash field, and implement relevant improvements in our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and order-to-cash processes.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
