Hays Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Internal Audit to join our team in Bali. This is a remote position, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing strategic advice to senior management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing the internal audit function, including planning, executing, and reporting on audit activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Providing strategic advice to senior management on risk management and internal controls.
  • Overseeing the preparation and implementation of audit plans and procedures.
  • Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas of potential improvement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and other reports.
  • Providing training and guidance to audit staff on best practices and industry standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Professional certification in internal audit, such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and using digital tools for collaboration.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
