SM Development Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior HSE Manager to join our Data Center Operations team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our data center facilities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide leadership and guidance to HSE teams, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties.,Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.,Monitor and report on environmental performance, including energy usage, waste management, and emissions.,Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of HSE initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends to continuously improve HSE performance.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in a data center or industrial environment.,Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing HSE programs.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
