📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to work remotely and adhere to company policies.
