📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients.
- Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure high-quality food preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
- Support the team in maintaining food presentation standards.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with food waste management and disposal.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in a professional kitchen environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
