📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.,Participate in training and development programs for sales consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and analytical tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the Indonesian retail market is a plus.
