📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and regulations.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor HR staff to maintain high standards of service.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems and data analysis tools.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.,Understanding of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
