📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, pies, cookies, and other baked goods.,Create and test new pastry recipes to ensure quality and consistency.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.,Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in training new staff members.,Meet production targets and quality standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Creative and innovative approach to pastry preparation.
