📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's brand and meet customer expectations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal use of resources.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.,Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and software.,Experience in menu development and cost control.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
