📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our patients and staff.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability.,Work closely with the medical team to provide nutritious and appropriate meals for patients.,Handle any food-related emergencies or incidents in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in developing and implementing menus for patients with specific dietary needs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for food service in Indonesia.
