📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process from start to finish, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.,Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations to support the sales team's efforts.,Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer preferences.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
