Pratama Shipping is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team in Makassar. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services and providing exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all event details are met.,Provide excellent customer service to event clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for events.,Manage the banquet staff, delegating tasks and ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including attendance, feedback, and financial transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet service policies and procedures.,Monitor banquet inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Promote the banquet services to potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with banquet service software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
