📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team goals.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure proper stock rotation.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.,Promote the brand and participate in promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
