📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and ATS.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
