📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.,Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Organize store promotions and special events to attract customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
