📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to meet the needs of the organization.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.,Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including contract negotiation and management.,Monitor and analyze procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality and reliability.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including contract management and supplier relationship management.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
