📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting and reporting.,Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure quality service delivery.,Represent the company at external events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Understanding of financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
