Rumah Sakit Budi Computer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution processes. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods,Oversee the distribution process to ensure products reach their destinations on time,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies,Provide regular reports on inventory levels and distribution performance,Train and mentor junior staff on distribution processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to travel for business purposes
