📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling customer transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.,Count and reconcile cash at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.,Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or similar role in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in cash handling or customer service are a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
