📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using our espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a pleasant and efficient service experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Handle cash transactions and manage customer payments.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a barista or customer service role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
