📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading a team of employees.,Coordinate team activities to ensure smooth operations.,Support the Team Leader in setting and achieving team goals.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Resolve conflicts and address team issues.,Assist in training and development programs for team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Team Leader in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership or management roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Experience in managing a team in a similar industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
