📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting nurses in patient care and treatment.
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team.
  • Preparing and administering medications as directed by the nursing team.
  • Assisting in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of patient records and documentation.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of nursing care plans.
  • Following all safety protocols and infection control measures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with English is a plus.
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
  • Valid nursing assistant certification or license.
